Counselling & Psychotherapy
Integrative, body-aware therapy — for when you're burned out, carrying something difficult, or trying to figure out who you actually are
A grounded, non-judgemental space to figure out what's actually going on — and find ways of living that don't cost you so much
Who I work with
People who come to work with me are often navigating one or more of these:
Burnout, chronic stress, or the weight of holding everything together
Anxiety, depression and low mood
Grief and bereavement
Diabetes, chronic illness and long-term health conditions
Feeling disconnected from themselves — in their body, their relationships, or their sense of who they are
Identity transitions: questioning, changing, or outgrowing a version of themselves
Low self-esteem and self-criticism
The long shadow of difficult, traumatic or overwhelming past experiences
Feeling like an outsider — in systems, in relationships, or in their own life
Difficulties in relationships, intimacy, or finding a sense of steadiness
You don’t need to fit neatly into any of these. Therapy is shaped around your experiences and what feels most helpful for you.
I bring a queer and neuro-affirming lens to all my work and maintain a strong commitment to creating a more equitable world, celebrating all forms of diversity.
You don’t need to translate yourself here.
How does it work?
Hi, I’m Sabrina (she/they).
I am a registered Integrative Psychotherapist with the UKCP, in training at the Metanoia Institute, London.
Therapy with me is relational and body-aware. That means we pay attention not just to thoughts and feelings, but to how experiences live in the body — the tension, the numbness, the places that go quiet or get loud.
Together, we might explore patterns in your relationships, how past experiences are still shaping the present, or what’s getting in the way of the life you’re trying to build. Some sessions feel reflective and spacious. Others are more focused. We’ll find a way of working that fits you.
Sessions are 50 minutes, online, and collaborative. You don’t need to arrive knowing what to say.
