I offer a free 15-minute phone call, an opportunity to ask questions, share what’s bringing you to therapy, and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit. There is no obligation to continue.

Sessions & fees

I offer both short- and long-term therapy, working towards meaningful, lasting change.

All sessions take place online and are 50 minutes.

Fee: Sessions are £65 per session.

I hold a small number of reduced-fee spaces for those with financial constraints. Please get in touch to find out more.
